Cycling Training Camp in Tenerife
- World Class Training. Our training camps are run by two Canarian brothers both of whom are Ironman triathletes and super awesome coaches.
- Local Feel. Enjoy a paella party with the family in the family house with stunning views across the water.
- Excellent Support. The training camps are fully supported and guided.
- Mt. Teide. Any rider coming to Tenerife will want to climb the volcano. Take on an almost unbroken 50km climb from the coast!
- The Banana Plantations Ride through the banana plantations on the lower slopes of the island before you reach the moonscape volcanic rock at the top.
This is a trip based in a single location
Your stay will be in a 4* hotel for 2 nights and a 5* hotel for 5 nights, on a half board basis.
Your bike will be a full carbon road bike with disc brakes and DI2s.
We will provide comfortable, air conditioned, private airport transfers from Tenerife South or North airport.
You will enjoy expert coaching from ironman athletes, experienced guides and will be fully supported throughout.

Your Tenerife Supported Training Camp Itinerary
Day 1
Upon arrival in Tenerife South airport, you will be picked up and taken to the hotel.
Day 2
65km total distance
From Los Cristianos, you will ride up to La Centinela with just a gradual climb. Then it's down to Granadilla, Vilaflor and eventually back to Los Cristianos.
Day 3
80km total distance
This day of the cycling vacation in Tenerife is a challenging day. After a ride through Guia de Isora you will climb one of the most famous Tenerife roads, through banana plantations to the Teide crater. The views from the climb are awesome. Stop at the Mirador de la Narices del Teide for a breathtaking view of the volcano, or stop at the Mirado de los Poleos for sensational views across the Atlantic and La Gomera in the distance.
Day 4
65km total distance
From Los Cristianos, you will start an amazing ride to Abades, a beautiful coastal town, filled with small white bungalows and family run restaurants, serving delicious local food and out to Bodega Tempus to sample a local Canarian lunch and wine tasting.
Day 5
105km total distance
Today's ascent of Teide is from the south west. You'll ride up to Vilaflor, the highest town in Spain, before continuing your ride through pine tree forests. The treeline will clear as you get higher and you'll be rewarded with stunning views over the Atlantic on your winding road to the summit.
Day 6
50km total distance
You will ride up the west coast to Chio in the north west, to descend the iconic switchbacks that take you to the beautiful village of Masca. From here, you'll descend back to sea level before continuing to the coastal town of Garachico. You will tackle the fairly unknown and quiet climb of Las Cruces before we celebrate with a Paella Party.
Day 7
55km total distance
Today we will take you to where most riders don't go. Join us as we head to the very north eastern tip of the island to Bailadero and the Unesco Biosphere Reserve of the Anaga Natural Park. Anaga is another world of sharp peaks and deep ravines carpeted in thick laurel trees and typical Canarian villages. Your ride will finish in Santa Cruz before we transfer you back south.
Day 8
Today you will be taken back to the airport for your return flight home from your cycling vacation in Tenerife.
